Global Leaders Discuss Emerging Online Governance
Without adopting quality, engaging, effective online learning, and exploring creative solutions to deliver flexible learning options to diverse students, many schools risked seeing massive attrition of students. In response, higher education leaders from Ghana (Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology) and the Philippines (Commission of HIgher Education) discuss considerations for policy and procedure development for online instruction implementation at their institutions.
