Reshaping School Leadership for the Future

Today, half of all students in K-12 public education identify as people of color, yet only 20% of our nation’s public schools have a leader of color. And, 40% do not have a single teacher of color. This representation gap does not have to be the reality. Research shows that diversity in school leadership unequivocally leads to better student outcomes. Join our panel to hear from leaders in the field how diverse school leadership delivers breakthrough results and sustained student outcomes.
