Presentation on how the pandemic’s disproportionate impact on minorities impacted UOPX’s diverse, non-traditional student base; what we learned and how we responded. Identifying the needs of these students to better serve and support their unique requirements with new resources that focus on career support through professional development and certificates, and the use of badges. Why these types of resources are important and will persist the educational and employment landscape.
