Folklore says “bad things come in threes,” but Council for a Strong America's Citizen Readiness Index shows it's the truth. In 2016, 39 states earned a C or worse because most of their young adults are unemployed, not in school, have been arrested, or are ineligible for military service. This session will explore how early education addresses these problems and how law enforcement, military, business, faith, and sports leaders can collaborate with you to promote early learning in your community.
