Learning from Learners’ Perspectives on Postsecondary Value

Increasingly, the value of college is being called into question. In the wake of education
disruptions caused by COVID, rising college costs, and greater awareness of systemic injustices, more
young people are asking whether college is worth it. This session centers the voices of three learners
featured in Roadtrip Nation documentaries designed to help people understand and feel the impact that
delivering equitable postsecondary value can have in the lives of real people—and in turn, to envision
how immense the societal impact would be if equitable value was achieved at an even greater scale.
