Co-Creating a Culture of Professional Learning with Community

Reaching beyond the boundaries of their individual classroom,s to engage wider communities of learning, is the mark of an effective teacher. An impactful strategy for teacher retention, especially among BIPOC educators, is a learning community. Co-creating this brave space in schools should be a priority. We want to build a community with you through a discussion on the importance of being engaged in learning communities that impact the classroom, school, families, and the greater community and give and opportunity to intentionally network.
