Talk to me about:
- How to develop beloved communities of praxis, communities that are predicated on radical love and that catalyze radical inclusivity. These efforts require educators to radically reimagine not just pedagogy, but also their positionality vis-a-vis the students they serve.

- We will also dive into critical reflection. The goal is to help educators transition from the lens, where they identify problems catalyzed by others, to the mirror where the use critical reflection to determine how and to what degree they, themselves, limit the very equity efforts they campion.

- We will also focus on self-care. Radical self-care is not only invaluable; it’s exigent. Educators cannot give what they don’t have. In order to equip learners, educators must focus on creating restful, salubrious learning environments that benefit them as well as the students they serve.
