Empathy to action: learning to control the narrative and make systemic change by empowering the people closest to the problem. People will learn about B360 a social enterprise that uses dirt bikes to teach STEM, transform the motorsports industry and build community around a culture often demonized. The session is designed to uplift participants to become change agents, allies/accomplices and ideals that can be shared/incorporated to create systemic change.
