The Apprenticeship Revolution
COVID-19 has pushed learners and workers into a new reality of work. With remote access becoming ubiquitous for online education delivery, apprenticeships have become a bridge to bring in learners that have historically been difficult to reach. There is no better way to offer pathways to good jobs and close the skills gap than modern apprenticeships, where workers can earn and learn at the same time--adaptable, cost-effective, and global in nature, we have much to share about this pathway.
