Gen Z Young Women: Future of Democracy & Politics

The U.S. prides itself as a beacon of democracy but our government has never been more polarized. To create a seismic shift, we must mobilize Gen Z women, born 1997-2012, the fastest growing and most diverse population to flex their political power. Gen Z women are at a developmental stage where they can be socialized to value civil discourse and trained to enter the political pipeline now, run soon, and advance into higher leadership positions over the course of a long political career.
