Two years ago, we introduced our initiative – Seeds of Change, a leadership development program grounded in awareness of gender bias and inequality – to the SXSW EDU community in a Future20 session. Since then, we have further developed and tested our model, with the goal of making the program more widely available. In this interactive workshop, we will pilot a training program that is designed to put our research-based, innovative curriculum in the hands of educators.
