Gabi Gall
Gabi Gall is the research data analyst at the Stanford VMware Women's Leadership Innovation Lab. She leads the evaluation for Seeds of Change, a leadership initiative that trains and supports young women in STEM as they transition through high school and college to successful technology careers. She also collaborates with other research projects focused on education and workforce development at the Lab. She received her M.A. in International Comparative Education at Stanford University and holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Sao Paulo. Prior to joining the Lab, Gabri has been involved in research projects that focus on: the impact of school management initiatives on student achievement, best practices for studying and reducing school dropout in Brazil, and the longitudinal patterns of socioeconomic achievement gaps.
