Non-traditional students are the fastest growing segment within college campuses nationwide. Yet, these students drop out at twice the rate of their on-campus counterparts. When students drop out with debt and schools can no longer afford to keep doors open due to attrition, everybody loses. As the son of adult learners, and the founder of an organization aimed to support them, my goal is to shed light on the ways college campuses can better support all non-traditional students.
