Diversity & Inclusion is rapidly changing but what has remained consistent is that marginalized professionals of color continue to work hard, obtain D & I positions but lack the power to facilitate real change. Many challenges facing professionals of color stem from their inability to identify how power functions in order to locate existing cultures in professional spaces. We will learn the importance of navigating strategically to claim space and power, and own it with confidence.
