Classrooms & Camo: Culturally Responsive Teaching

What does it mean to be a culturally-responsive teacher? To begin to answer that question, let's take a look at the U.S. Army. ETS Researcher Dr. Jennifer Klafehn presents how her research exploring cross-cultural competence (3C) in Soldiers is now informing ETS's work with teachers. Jennifer will discuss ways to define and contextualize 3C within education and how theory can help turn teaching practices into equitable education opportunities for all students.
