Social & Emotional Skills for the Future
Research suggests skills like confidence, motivation, and resilience help young people thrive. In an ever changing world, young people will need these skills more than ever. Communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills—skills that can’t be automated—will be more important to enable people to succeed in the world of work. In this session, Nesta will reflect on its research into ‘future skills’ and what this means for how social and emotional learning is developed in young people now.
