Race Based Obstacles to Higher Ed Attainment

A cradle to grave analysis of the obstacles and landmines that hinder higher education achievement by persons of color with an analysis of institutional changes that can affect short and long term change. In an age were affirmative action is under attack as a legal approach to college access, institutions must think through the inherent obstacles to college admissions and degree attainment and their role in creating and dismantling them.
