Mass killing events have become an all too tragic occurrence within our society. Although many consider active shooter or mass killing events to have simply surfaced in recent times, they have in fact been a historical problem of greater significance than most are aware. Leadership, the willingness and knowledge of what actions to take in the most difficult of circumstances can increase your odds in prevailing during a mass killing event.
