Ghana & the Diaspora in Educational Dialogue

When diaspora leaders come together to support our students, the power, connection, love, and commitment are unmatched. The creation of the first Leadership Masterclass was a collaboration between Ghana ASCD, The Ghana Ministry of Education, and Ghana Education Service to bring together over 250 leaders across Ghana for a day of professional learning. This session will share how the conference came to be, the lessons learned, and how other countries can build on the power of international collaboration and culturally competent facilitation to ensure students receive an excellent education.
