Parker Van Nostrand

Parker Van Nostrand is the Project Director of Product Certifications at Digital Promise. In his current role, he leads the creation of trusted third-party validations for edtech products, in areas like research-based design and learner variability. In addition, he supports district leaders to make evidence-based decisions about edtech. He has a background in teaching language arts at a bilingual school and edtech operations, and brings a passion for supporting multilingual learners to his role at Digital Promise. He holds a B.A. in Applied Linguistics from Grinnell College and an M.A. in Linguistics from the University of Amsterdam, where he researched the long-term efficacy of bilingual school programs in Europe.
