Elena Korbut

Elena Korbut is the Executive Director of the Partnership for the Advancement and Immersion of Refugees (PAIR), a Houston-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting refugee students through educational-mentoring programs and advocacy for educational equity. Elena’s background in refugee resettlement spans direct service provision and the creation of sustainable programs that address the needs of refugee families while engaging the local community in their integration. As an immigrant twice over, Elena’s personal experiences fuel her passion and commitment to serving the refugee community, driving her to continuously seek innovative ways to support this population.
