Fiza Mairaj

Fiza Mairaj is a Research Scientist at the Education Research Center, University of Houston. Dr. Mairaj’s research interests include refugee, asylee, and other newcomer students' educational attainment, outcomes, and experiences. She is also interested in mixed methods research and exploring the adoption of four-day school week in Texas.
