Toni Templeton

Toni received her doctorate in Higher Education Leadership and Policy Studies from University of Houston. As a data scientist and researcher, Toni provides a technical, analytic lens to all educational work. Her particular strengths include increasing data accessibility by clearly and concisely communicating complex data findings and employing data analysis to create prescriptive action steps to efficiently solve real-world problems. Her expertise in school finance and accountability combined with her technical skills offer an objective perspective to schools and organizations undergoing the research, planning, evaluation, and implementation phases of data incorporation. As a Sr. Research Scientist at UH, Toni designs quantitative models to understand Texas public school outcomes.
