Andy Farley
Andrew Farley’s journey from a high school social studies teacher to the principal of Brookfield East High School (BEHS) in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is remarkable. For the past 10 years, he has led BEHS to be the top public high school in Wisconsin for three consecutive years, as recognized by Niche. Farley is deeply committed to the whole-student experience, fostering a culture dedicated to “Academic and Human Excellence.” He is also the inspirational leader of Wisconsin’s first Hope Squad, a student-nominated team focused on reducing teenage suicide and destigmatizing mental health support. Beyond his principal role, Farley develops future leaders by facilitating state-level conferences and teaching master’s courses at Carroll University.
