Eric Caruso

Eric Caruso is an Education Program specialist at the US Department of Education in the Office of Special Education Programs. Prior to working at OSEP he was an Assistant Professor of Practice at the University of Nebraska where he served as the coordinator of the Orientation & Mobility Program and has been ab adjunct lecturer at University of Pittsburgh and The Ohio State University. Eric has been working in the visual disabilities field since 2005 in a variety of roles that also include Guide Dog Instructor and Assistive Technology Instructor.
