Nancy Gutiérrez, Ed.L.D.

Nancy B. Gutiérrez, Ed.L.D. is President & Lead Executive Officer of The Leadership Academy, a nonprofit supporting and developing culturally responsive school & school system leaders to create the conditions necessary for all students to thrive. The nationally recognized organization has supported educators across 40 states & 430 school districts, state education departments, and education organizations. Named one of City & State’s 100 most influential education leaders in New York in 2020, Nancy was also a 2019 Pahara-Aspen Education Fellow and named a Distinguished Alumna by San Jose State University in 2023. Nancy serves on the Board of Directors for The Hunt Institute, brightbeam, The Neurodiversity Alliance (formerly Eye to Eye), & is Board Chair of Education Leaders of Color (EdLoC)
