Bola Olaniyan

Bola Olaniyan is the Executive Director at The Sadie Collective and loves helping people identify their passions and skills. Creating spaces for connection, representation, and empowerment are at the center of her work. Having spent most of her career in higher education, she’s impacted hundreds of young people through experiential education and career readiness support. Outside of leading The Sadie Collective, Bola also enjoys cooking, traveling, and true crime documentaries or podcasts.
