Heather Harding, Ed.D.

Heather Harding is Executive in Residence at Education Leaders of Color (EdLoC). Throughout her career, Dr. Harding has focused on the intersection between access to high-quality education and racial equity. She believes that respectful collaboration between parents and teachers is an essential tool for helping our kids succeed in life. Most recently she served as the executive director of the Campaign for our Shared Future where she fought extremist attacks on K12 education, Heather has held leadership positions in philanthropy, academia, and various education non-profit organizations. She lives with her two children in the District of Columbia
