The EVOLVE program centers both student and educator well-being by fostering connection and growth in group circles. Using the parallel process model, EVOLVE empowers educators by strengthening their ability to adapt and grow, enabling them to model well-being practices for students. This approach enhances student behavior, academic outcomes, and school culture. In this session, we’ll explore how EVOLVE supports educators through coaching and development while equipping students with essential life skills to thrive in school and beyond.
