"This is Disneyland, make it happen!" With tremendous skill and joy, Early Childhood Educators can set children on a path for lifelong learning and success. Yet despite rising awareness of early brain development and the economic necessity of child care, the work of early educators has been largely invisible and undervalued. The result is a broken system where “Parents can’t afford to pay and teachers can’t afford to stay.” In this Meet Up session, we’ll share ideas for increasing the visibility of ECE and its vital workforce in order to build a system that works for everyone.
