"This is Disneyland, make it happen!" With tremendous skill and joy, Early Childhood Educators instill a love of learning in children and set them on a path for lifelong success. Yet despite rising awareness of early brain development and the economic necessity of child care, the work of early educators has been largely invisible and undervalued. In this Meet Up session, we’ll share ideas for changing the narrative and increasing the visibility of ECE, tools for uniting and professionalizing this vital workforce, and how we can build a system that benefits everyone.
