Julie Naski-Roman

Julie is a current teacher in Denver Public Schools. She is a dyslexia expert and a district Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling. She has served as a district special education teacher and provides district professional development in the areas of literacy and second language learning. She completed the state science of reading professional development and coaches’ teachers in her building on the implementation of evidence-based literacy learning. Julie believes in helping ALL children learn and succeed in believing they can do whatever their her desires. She values inclusiveness, hard work and gratitude. Things that bring her joy include laughter, family, friends and travel.
