Hide & Seek: Find, Train, Place & Support Hidden Workers

“Hidden” workers – individuals with one or more barriers preventing them from being viable job candidates face challenges securing high-quality employment, despite having the capabilities and potential to contribute to the workforce. Research confirms the benefits of skills-based training & hiring strategies, but employers are still reliant on traditional credentials that eliminate over 60% of the working-age population. Workforce development leaders & tech founders will share how they are moving the needle for hidden workers, as well provide strategies for scaling this work across the nation.
