Jaime Fall

Jaime Fall is Workforce and Economic Strategies Director for the Economic Development Collaborative of Ventura County California. Jaime leads the $5 million digital upskilling initiative to build the digital skills of the jobseekers, workers, and entrepreneurs of Ventura County. Jaime’s nearly 3-decades in workforce development include serving as Director of UpSkill America at the Aspen Institute, VP for Workforce and Talent Sustainability for the HR Policy Association, Communications Director for the U.S. DoL’s Employment and Training Administration, and various positions at the National Association of State Workforce Agencies. Jaime also served as the Senate-confirmed Deputy Secretary of the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency for Governor Schwarzenegger from 2004-2011.
