An Equity Agenda for the Post-Affirmative Action Era
Higher education finds itself grappling with the implications of the 2023 Supreme Court's ruling striking down race-based admissions policies, which reversed 50 years of precedent on affirmative action. What will the impact be on campus diversity? In this new landscape, what strategies do colleges and educators have to advance equity in the post-decision landscape? This session will focus on not just the short-term implications for access and admissions—but a long-term vision for achieving equity in higher education.
