Participants will learn about our Pathways to Teaching-Grow Your Own initiative with local universities, which have helped to provide assistance for our non-instructional and per diem staff looking to transition into permanent teaching roles. This program has helped to attract and retain effective applicants that are committed to our organization and school community. Additionally, participants will learn how to create strong reciprocal partnerships that will improve staff retention.
