Beyond Transfer: Learner-Centered Credit Mobility
A more equitable and effective future postsecondary training system will require vastly better ways of capturing all learning across the fragmented systems and settings in which today's learners (especially those from low-income backgrounds and learners of color) are gaining skills. This session will explore what's needed and possible---and the role of policymakers, system leaders, institutional leaders, innovators and others to get there.
