In this hands-on worksop fully led by high school youth facilitators, participants will get an overview of how to practice Restorative Justice in Anti racist and decolonial ways in schools as well as what does it mean to be a circle keeper and more. In addition, we will model how fairness mediation meetings are facilitated as well as how to start and maintain a youth led Restorative Justice program in their own schools through a process of administration/staff/student collaboration.
