This session will examine the legacy and intergenerational effects of the Federal Indian boarding school era on Native communities. Speakers will discuss how Higher Education, foundations, and companies have successfully partnered to create intentional culture change responsive to the unique values and needs of Native scholars- thus creating a more equitable Higher Education experience.
