Closing the Opportunity Gap: Working Adult Learners

Talent is equally distributed, opportunity is not - yet. For too long higher education has been accessible to and designed for one type of learner. It is time to reexamine who our students are, and build a system to catalyze their success. In this session, we will delve into the 88M working adults in need of upskilling to compete in the future of work. Within this group, people of color and individuals from low income households are over represented. Let’s innovate so they too can thrive.
