Socioeconomic Mobility at Scale in Dallas

Dallas County educates 10% of Texans with 3-in-4 learners coming from households with limited incomes and financial security. Scaling personalization to create equitable college and workforce outcomes is challenging but not impossible. In this session, learn how Dallas ISD, Dallas College, and UNT Dallas built scalable college and career programming, a comprehensive data strategy with a regional learner record using blockchain, and a personalized to-and-through-college case management solution.
