Exploring AI Ethics Through CS, Literacy, & Design
Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly prevalent in our lives and while these technologies hold tremendous potential, they also raise numerous ethical concerns. This interactive workshop will share tools for exploring AI ethics across disciplines, including short stories and multimodal design tasks that prompt students to express their stance on AI ethics issues. We’ll use AI to create art and in the process, examine critical issues such as deep fakes, misinformation and algorithmic bias.
