Two organizations, the BRIC Foundation and 9B Collective, share the same goal of bringing more diversity to the film industry and creating opportunities for high school students to explore the creative outlets of the industry they might not have known about before. Nicole Hendrix, Alison Mann, and Phillip Boutté Jr, will discuss the opportunities they are creating for high school students in the LA area and how they are reinventing what leadership looks like in the creative space.
