Family shelters, jails, childcare regulations, and safety-net hospitals: these are government systems notoriously resistant to innovation and reform. Yet, through strategic government partnership, visionary thinking, and venture philanthropy, the Robin Hood Foundation paved pathways to practicably transform these systems to support early learning. We will share how we accomplished this by disrupting children’s social inheritance of poverty via data-driven systems reform.
