We live in an unfortunate reality: many teachers have simply accepted the notion that our jobs are unsustainable. But we no longer have to accept this reality. We can dismantle the teacher savior narrative and create a new vision for teaching and learning with six mindset shifts, where #SustainableTeaching supports both students--and their teachers--in our collective moral imperative to humanize our classrooms and schools.
