Join us to experience curiosity as a social contract: we’ll introduce Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS), a discussion method developed for museums and now applied in business. We’ll offer you psychological safety, metacognition, and comfort with ambiguity as you look deeply at art, with Dabney as facilitator. Heather will guide our reflection and share how VTS has been leveraged across IDEO in three areas: 1) inclusive leadership, 2) feedback/critique, and 3) user and client interactions.
