Scaling Equity in Health Careers

High school students throughout California are dismantling ethnic and racial disparities in the healthcare field through college and career pathways. Since the pathways’ inception, graduation rates for students of color have increased, with many students pursuing health-related postsecondary education. Learn how equity-focused health pathways have impacted the journeys of young people during COVID, are rooted in their communities and workforce, and how these programs can be brought to scale.
