Kabi Gishuru

As the Global Director of Inclusion Recruiting Programs, Kabi Gishuru plays an integral role in the hiring and diversification of Netflix’s employee-talent around the world. Her professional passions lie at the intersection of inclusion, equity, and access and all of her work ladders up to the goal of creating more opportunities for underrepresented groups. Kabi is a natural leader and inspires change through her work. Since coming to Netflix in August 2019, Kabi has completely revamped the way Netflix looks at recruiting, pushing the company to think more inclusively and intentionally when building diverse teams. Prior to working at Netflix, Kabi built diversity recruiting programs at Lyft, and before getting into recruiting, she worked in the nonprofit sector in youth development. It’s clear Kabi has a passion for people.
