Mentorship: Pathways to Increase Black Tech Talent

To increase diversity and equity in tech—enabling more innovation and greater inclusivity—we need to provide Black and other underrepresented students with more access to industry-relevant education and 1:1 mentorships with tech professionals. Without it, we risk perpetuating the current issues in the tech industry. Join this session to learn why we must make the change now and how HBCUs and companies are coming together to train, mentor, and recruit the next generation of Black tech talent.
