Jake Hirsch-Allen

ake Hirsch-Allen is the North America Workforce Development and Higher Ed System Lead for LinkedIn Learning. He works with North America's governments, workforce development organizations, colleges and universities to leverage LinkedIn Learning Solutions to close skills gaps. Jake aims to expand economic opportunity for every member of the workforce via LinkedIn's Economic Graph data and Learning content and platform. He is passionate about supporting disadvantaged groups such as newcomers and refugees, indigenous populations, the formerly incarcerated and people with disabilities. Jake regularly speaks on the future of work and learning and is aDirector on the Boards of the Canadian Council for Youth Prosperity and the Canadian Club of Toronto, on the Advisory Boards of the Hot Docs Cinema and Code for Canada and an Executive on the International Council on Badges and Credentials. He also founded Lighthouse Labs, Canada's leading immersive software development bootcamp.
