Amid a pandemic and difficult conversations about race and equity, we face a pivotal moment that can either widen the opportunity gap in higher ed, or bridge it. By amplifying voices of Black, Latinx, and Indigenous students, poverty-affected, and first-gen students, we can improve faculty practices and improve student outcomes.
